Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the mobile game AquaCozy ("the App"), provided by Uğur Gülay ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you accept them. Google Play's own terms also apply to anything you get through Google Play.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

2. What you may not do

Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the App, except where the law allows it;
Cheat, exploit bugs, or use tools that change the game or its purchases;
Use the App for anything unlawful.

3. Virtual items

Pearls, flakes, fish, decorations and other in-game items are part of a licence to use the App. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred outside the App. Your fish can be lost through neglect as part of the game; purchased premium fish are never lost this way.

4. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play and follow Google Play's terms and refund policies. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy.
Pearl packs and Reef Pass Premium are used up when delivered; other items are yours for as long as you use the App and can be restored with Restore purchases in the Store, on the same Google account.
Unless the law or Google Play's policies say otherwise, purchases are final. Refund requests go to Google Play: Google Play refunds.

5. Reef Club subscription

Reef Club is available monthly or yearly. It renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel.
The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first paid period starts and you are charged.
You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or from Manage subscription in the Store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for.

6. Ads

The App offers optional rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. An ad only plays when you choose to watch one; the reward is given when the ad is watched to the end. Your interaction with an ad is also subject to the advertiser's terms.

7. Changes to the game

We may update, balance or change the App and its content, including seasons, prices shown in the game and the availability of items. We will not remove something you bought with real money without providing a reasonable replacement or refund where the law requires it.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its art, audio, code and name, belongs to Uğur Gülay or its licensors.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in.
