Data We Collect
HudSpeedo collects no personal information. The app does not require an account, email address, or any registration.
Location Data
Location access is used exclusively to calculate speed, distance, heading, and ride path on your device. Location data is:
- Never uploaded to any server
- Never shared with third parties
- Stored locally only if you choose to save a ride session
Background location is used to keep ride recording accurate when the screen is off (UIBackgroundModes: location).
Motion Sensors
Accelerometer and gyroscope data is used to calculate lean angle and G-force in real time. This data is processed entirely on-device and is never stored or transmitted.
In-App Purchases
Purchase and subscription management is handled by Apple. HudSpeedo uses Adapty solely to validate entitlements (confirm Pro status). Adapty receives anonymous purchase event data only — no name, email, or device identifiers beyond what Apple provides for receipt validation.

Analytics & Advertising
HudSpeedo contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics trackers, and no third-party data collection beyond Adapty purchase validation described above.
Data Retention & Deletion
All ride history is stored locally on your device using device storage. To delete all data, uninstall the app. There is no server-side data to request deletion of.
Children
HudSpeedo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
